Biography
Rachel Suissa has completed his PhD in 2006 at the University of Haifa years and conducted her post-doctoral studies at the Technion- Israel Institute of technology, Industrial Engineering Department. She is a teaching associate at the National Security Program and a senior research fellow at the Haifa Center for German and European Studies. Her research interests encompass Security Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies. She has been engaged in several activities in the EU as a Policy Evaluation Expert- EU Parliament, such as Expert Evaluator- EU Horizon 2020 Research Program; DJ-JUSTICE Proposals, and as a participant in EU FP7. Dr. Rachel Suissa has won several Awards and Grants among them:- FP7- FOCUS Foresighting the Contribution of Security Research to Meet the Future EU Roles - www.focusproject.eu. Her publications encompass a wide range of multi-disciplinary security studies.
